Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Condition of Merchandise: Products must be returned unused, in their original condition, with all original packaging and tags intact. Items with tampered or removed tag loops will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Timeframe: Returns and exchanges are valid within 7 days from the date of delivery with no question asked policy.

Wrong, Damaged or Defective Items: In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. Such items are eligible for return or exchange.

Returns and Exchanges

We offer free reverse pick-up services for all eligible orders shipped within India.

• Please write an email to info@sykon.in, Customer care will arrange return within 72 hours.
• Once Pickup executive reaches out to you, please handover the product to the executive and relax
• Once product reaches our warehouse, we will issue refund to your original payment method.
